The compounds of the Chemiton® Flex group are materials based on polyolefin elastomers. They are manufactured to have better resistance to oils and greases than traditional HSB compounds. These properties make them ideal for food contact. These polyolefin-based TPE stand out for the complete absence of odor and a glossy surface finish.

This group meets the needs of various sectors: the excellent mechanical features and the remarkable impact resistance of these TPO compounds make them the right choice for the production of toys and gadgets with food contact certification and able to maintain elasticity over time. Moreover, Chemiton® Flex is also suitable for applications in the industrial sector, thanks to the good chemical and mechanical resistance of materials, which also provide excellent electrical insulation.
