Chemiton Clear® represents the family of high-transparency TPE compounds. Available in numerous customizable versions tailored to specific applications, these materials are ideal for creating items that require high resistance to mechanical stress, scratching and aging.

These transparent thermoplastic elastomers are suitable for both injection molding and extrusion processes, offering high compatibility with thermoplastic polyolefins and easy sterilization.

Sterilization options: EtO, Beta and Gamma rays, steam (autoclave 121°C, 20-30 min)

Crystal Clear TPE

Chemiton Clear® crystal clear compound boasts ultra-high transparency and it is completely free from oils, plasticizers, PVC, phthalates and latex. These crystal clear TPEs provide the ideal solution for manufacturing objects that demand high mechanical strength, scratch resistance, and longevity, such as sports equipment (diving masks, watch straps), design elements, toys, and medical devices.

Transparent TPE

The high-transparency Chemiton Clear® TPE compounds feature excellent flexibility and elasticity. They are easily overprinted, glued and painted, ideal for the production of outdoor-use items such as nearly invisible molded seals or objects composed of different colors and hardnesses. These compounds are also particularly suitable for modifying polar plastics.

Translucent TPE

The translucent Chemiton Clear® compounds exhibit remarkable resistance to high temperatures and low density values. Therefore, they are highly suitable for applications in the automotive and electrical sectors, as well as in the household and healthcare sectors (being suitable for food contact) and for the production of seals.

Ultra-Soft TPE

The ultra-soft and translucent Chemiton Clear® compounds represent a significant advancement in thermoplastic material innovation. This series, starting from Shore 00 40 hardness, is designed to meet the sophisticated and specific needs of our clients, ranging from special skin-contact applications to those intended for the food, healthcare, and paramedical sectors.
