Specialized in the manufacture of thermoplastic elastomers for exceptionally resistant and flexible extrusions

Chemiton XT® is a SEBS/SEPS-based TPE compound for extrusion. These thermoplastic elastomers are manufactured to guarantee extrusions with an exceptional flexibility, great resistance to high and low temperatures and different levels of insulation. Transparent plasticizer-free glass grades with high resistance to UV rays and ozone are also available.

High performance TPE for extrusion

Chemiton XT® compounds developed for high performance are excellent for the production of multilayer pipes, peristaltic pump tubing, profiles with or without magnet, seals, profiles for printing applications and very thin co-extrusions for pipes and poles. Styrenics, common polyamides and polyolefins adhesion grades are available.

Transparent for contact with fatty food

The Chemiton XT® compound developed for contact with oily food has a very low level of migration in contact with simulant D2 (olive oil), and therefore an excellent chemical resistance to fatty and oily substances used in the food sector.

These compounds are completely safe for skin contact, and they meet food contact regulations being PVC-free and plasticizer-free. They are particularly suitable for products used in the food industry such as seals, closures and pipes for the transport of fatty and oily substances.
