Fakuma, the world’s leading trade fair for industrial plastics processing, held from 17 to 21 October 2023, gave us outstanding results.
We had the opportunity to present our ambitious goals and the progress we are making on the path to sustainability. Our dedication to preserving the environment and ensuring the well-being of workers is at the heart of our actions and guided our participation in the event.
In addition, we are proud to have presented the recent expansion of the Chemiton Life family of TPE compounds. We introduced new series of biobased TPE-S and TPE-S made from recovered materials, environmentally friendly solutions that attracted considerable interest among the trade fair participants.
Not only that: compared to the previous edition in 2021, Fakuma 2023 recorded a significant increase in the number of exhibitors, up by 10%. This reflects Franplast’s increasing internationalisation and our constant willingness to explore new global markets, consolidating our position as a long-standing exhibitor since 2005.
Notably, 44% of the exhibitors came from outside Germany, with a strong presence of Italian exhibitors. This underlines Franplast’s key role in promoting innovation and international collaboration in the plastics processing industry.
