In our sixtieth year, we wanted to celebrate one of the most important milestones in our history by opening our doors to employees’ families. Franplast Family Day was a moment of authentic sharing: a guided tour of production and the laboratory to show how our TPE-S are born, a visit to the showroom to experience the finished products firsthand, and finally, an afternoon of celebration in the company garden with a bouncy castle for the children, food trucks, and plenty of good humor. A precious opportunity to thank those who contribute to Franplast’s growth every day.
A Family Day in the 60th anniversary year
The Family Day is part of the calendar of events we have organized to celebrate Franplast’s 60 years: a milestone we want to share first and foremost with those who make our history possible every day. For this reason, we chose to welcome wives, husbands, children, and relatives of employees, transforming the factory into a place to be experienced together.
Opening the doors of Franplast to our collaborators’ families means recognizing the value of the people who work every day to achieve goals. It is a gesture we deeply identify with and which, better than many words, tells who we are after 60 years of activity.
TPE-S production and R&D laboratory tour
The day began around 10:15 AM with the welcoming of guests. Immediately after, the company tour started, divided into three stages:
- In the factory, where Seiti Halilovic, our production manager, explained how we manufacture TPE-S granules.
- In the laboratory, where Gabriele Ercole, R&D manager, talked about the daily work of his team.
- In the showroom, where participants were able to experience firsthand the finished products made with our material.
After the tour, the day continued in the company garden, set up for the occasion with a bouncy castle for the little ones and a food truck serving sandwiches and fries for everyone. An outdoor lunch together, perfect for ending on a light note a company event designed for employees’ families.
