Franplast dona i giocattoli Clementoni della fiera Futura alla scuola materna di Bornato

We are proud to have participated as an exhibitor at Futura Expo, the italian trade fair dedicated to the sustainable economy, which turned out to be a great success!

Many of you stopped by to visit us to get a closer look at our range of recyclable and biodegradable thermoplastic elastomers Chemiton Life, as well as to learn about our collaboration with Clementoni Spa, which uses our TPEs for their Clemmy® product line and beyond.

Together with Clementoni, with whom we have been collaborating for over 20 years, we organised a conference on sustainability in the context of childhood and presented the new toys made with our TPE thanks to the innovative overmoulding technique. This technique allows our non-toxic and soft-touch TPE to be chemically overmoulded onto plastic toys, transforming them into soft and extremely safe products.

Sustainability, game continuity and generosity

During the fair, we also illustrated to participants our 360 degree ESG approach and projects promoting sustainability, with a particular focus on crucial issues such as gender equality, health protection and reducing environmental impact and emissions.

We would like to thank Clementoni for supplying us with the Clemmy® line and for sharing one of the core values of their brand, as illustrated during the conference by Clementoni’s Infant R&D Leader, Mauro Oreste Paialunga: the continuity of play that passes from one child to the next!

We tackled this issue with great seriousness, handing over the toys that were on display at the fair to the nursery school in Bornato (BS), an institution that has been active since 1907 and currently welcomes over 100 children. It was a fun moment and a great pleasure to contribute to the happiness of the children present and those to come with this small gesture!
