I arrived in Italy two years ago from Rosario, Argentina. My journey at Franplast began on 3 March 2025, when I was contacted by a headhunter for the position of QHSE Assistant.

My role consists of developing and implementing the integrated management system, which at Franplast encompasses not only quality, health, safety and the environment, but also energy and gender equality. It is an area that requires attention, vision and responsibility.

I have a legal background, and one of my goals is to help the company grow from a regulatory perspective, bringing a more structured and informed approach to ISO issues, with a keen eye on legal aspects.

From the very beginning, what struck me deeply was the approach and support of my manager, Roberto Farina. His vast experience, combined with his willingness to help and ability to communicate clearly, made me feel immediately welcome and valued.

The relationship with management also proved to be open, direct and transparent from the outset. At Franplast, you can clearly see how important people are: every employee is listened to, involved and supported.

For me, joining Franplast was not only an important professional step, but also a real opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment where ideas matter and skills are recognised. It is inspiring to be able to contribute to such an ambitious and inclusive project.
