On April 29, 2026, Franplast and Arburg are organizing a technical event in Peschiera Borromeo dedicated to defects in the molding of thermoplastic rubbers (TPE-S). From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the day will combine theory, live machine trials, and expert discussions to analyze the main process issues and identify concrete solutions. The initiative, created in synergy with Women in Plastics Italy and Frauen@Arburg, and sponsored by the TMP Association, includes a round table dedicated to careers, skills, and inclusion in the plastics sector. A technical training and networking opportunity for processors, process technicians, and injection molding professionals.
A Franplast and Arburg technical event: from theory to the machine
The initiative, entitled “From theory to the machine, from analysis to solution“, will take place from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and will combine training sessions, live machine demonstrations, and the analysis of real cases. The goal is to provide participants with practical tools to recognize, prevent, and correct the main anomalies that occur during the processing of TPE-S thermoplastic elastomers.
