The European WHP (Workplace Health Promotion) program was created by the World Health Organisation to promote the health and well-being of people in the workplace. Companies that implement this project into their goals commit themselves to the actualization of certain good practices.
Franplast has been promoting this program for a year now, carrying out concrete actions in favour of the well-being of all employees, such as weekly fruit in the company or some sports activities also organised for team building purposes.
Today Franplast takes a further step in the WHP program to adhere to the good practice of fighting all forms of addiction.
What are addictions? Where do they originate and how to deal with them?
At Franplast we set out to answer these questions. Thanks to a company event organised on Friday 26th July at our headquarters in Provaglio d’Iseo, with the help of two professionals, educator and pedagogist Sara Rossi and educator Renzo Taglietti, we were able to create this important meeting, comparing and sharing ideas.
This moment of debate on such important topics was also possible thanks to the World Café method.
This communication methodology is based on creating an informal environment where several people gather around tables to discuss important issues. A comfortable environment, like that of a café. At these discussion tables, everyone notes down their opinions and then changes working groups, thereby creating a communicative flow of ideas with different points of view.
