“For 20 years, I have been working at Franplast, where I have found the ideal place to combine my great passion for the German language with my love for travel. When I started, I was looking for a company strongly oriented towards the German market, and Franplast turned out to be perfect for me.”
My journey began in the purchasing and foreign sales role, and at the beginning of this adventure, foreign sales represented only 20% of turnover. Today, thanks to constant commitment and a targeted strategy, we have reached an impressive 50%, with a strong growth trend. We have established important and lasting collaborations, and we are determined to explore new non-European markets.
My biggest challenge has been to adapt to and embrace a market, until a few years ago, were predominantly male. I have worked hard to overcome the stereotype that a family-run small-medium enterprise cannot be ambitious, multilingual, and international.
At Franplast, I have found an environment that values and supports ambition and innovation. I am excited to continue contributing to our global growth and to explore new opportunities that will lead us into the future.
I will always remember with immense gratitude how CEO Elena Franceschetti placed her trust in me, despite my young age and limited work experience.
