“My name is Jessica, and I have been working at Franplast for seven years, focusing on the Foreign Sales Dept. together with communication and marketing. I joined the company in 2017, managing and developing the foreign sales portfolio while supporting the marketing department to ensure we meet customer needs with high-quality products and services.”
I was recruited thanks to a reference from a family friend. My experience at Franplast has been extremely positive, thanks to a stimulating environment and a fantastic team. In the company, I do not feel like just a number or a performance, but a person who is seen and valued for my personality as well. This makes me feel secure and free to grow both personally and professionally.
Although I consider myself an introvert, the challenge of becoming a foreign sales representative has allowed me to get to know myself better and discover new potentials. Thanks to the support of my colleagues and the trust that the company leadership has placed in me, I have developed new skills and greater self-confidence.
Looking ahead, my goal is to continue growing within Franplast, increasing my skills and knowledge to help the company reach new levels of success.
