“I’ve been with Franplast since 2004. My journey here started almost by chance: my uncle used to work here at the time, and I had been working as a bricklayer for three years, but it wasn’t what I dreamed of doing. One day, I decided to look for something different, stopped by the company, left my resume, and the next day, Elena called me in for an interview. That’s how my adventure began.”
Franplast has always proven to be a serious and reliable company. On top of that, the proximity to my home allows me to manage my time effectively. Working here is a pleasure, thanks in large part to the team, which is always supportive and collaborative. This is one of the aspects I appreciate most: the positive environment and mutual support make working here truly rewarding.
