“I have been at Franplast since 2020, recruited by a temp agency. I come from Guinea and have been in Italy for 7 years. I handle material loading and work on the platform where the mixtures are made; I practically see the compound being born.”
The aspect of working at Franplast that I enjoy the most is the teamwork. I have built a great relationship with the guys in my department. We work together in a collaborative and harmonious way, which makes every workday enjoyable and stimulating.
