I was contacted by my past Production Manager for a construction job on the property. While I was working, he asked me to come back to the company. I still remember holding a hammer and chisel: I set them down and said, “Here I am, when do I begin?” I needed to find a balance between life and work, and I must say I made the right choice.

I can say that in both of my experiences at Franplast, the most beautiful thing is seeing how everything has changed, but one thing remains the same: the value placed on people and the recognition of their work. This is what makes Franplast a special place, where one feels appreciated and valued, and where teamwork creates an environment of growth and satisfaction.
