My name is Lara and I joined Franplast in May 2025, after being selected by a headhunter.
I work in Logistics, dealing with both front and back office. It’s an area I know well and have always been passionate about, because it combines precision, organisation and, above all, human contact.
I love logistics because it requires method, attention to detail and coordination. But what motivates me most is the front office: dealing with people, managing relationships and solving problems with professionalism and a smile. Every day is different, and every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference.
At Franplast, I have found an environment where order, structure and operational clarity reign supreme — elements that I have been looking for for a long time. I expect to grow from this experience, both professionally and personally, putting my skills to good use in a context that values rigour and teamwork.
