My name is Valeria Baldassarini and I work at Franplast in the Logistics area, handling both front and back office duties. I joined the company in 2026 through a headhunter and, although logistics wasn’t my first choice — coming from a commercial back office background — I immediately discovered a structured and stimulating environment, full of opportunities for growth.
At Franplast, I found a workplace that values precision, organization, and teamwork. Despite my reserved nature, I frequently have the opportunity to work in contact with the public, transforming every interaction into a chance to improve relationships, processes, and skills.
