I left my CV in the mailbox, and shortly after, I received a call from CEO Elena Franceschetti for an interview. Fortunately, it went well, and thus began my adventure.
I started my journey alongside Valeria, who later was promoted to the role of Italian Market Sales employee. From the very beginning, I sensed that Franplast was the right company for me, where the human aspect is paramount. It is one of the rare cases where you can truly say you feel at home, where the relationships formed go beyond the simple colleague relationship.
Franplast is still a “people-oriented” company. We are not numbers; we are valued for our professionalism and personality, and this is reflected in the relationships with all stakeholders, whether they are collaborators, suppliers or customers. Many who have taken different paths are still considered part of the team, which speaks volumes about the quality of the relationships created here.
