“I have been at Franplast since 2017, having arrived through a headhunter. In my previous jobs, I was a laboratory technician, and my adventure at Franplast also started as a technician. Over time, my skills were recognized and valued, and after about two years, I was offered the position of department manager.”
Working at Franplast is anything but monotonous. The dynamism and variety of challenges and tasks represent one of the biggest motivators in my role. Each day brings new opportunities and problems to solve, keeping interest and enthusiasm alive. The chance to tackle different projects and innovations makes my work always interesting and never repetitive.
The relationships I have built with my colleagues have created a group that extends beyond the company, developing even in personal life. This is by no means taken for granted and is truly valuable, making the working experience at Franplast unique and fulfilling.
