I work alongside the laboratory manager in the development of compounds and formulations: an activity that allows me to apply what I have studied in a practical way, while learning something new every day.
My career began with an ITIS diploma in Chemistry, specialising in biotechnology, and developed through various experiences in the Quality department, always in the industrial sector.
From my very first interview with the management and Gabriele Ercole, head of R&D, I recognised professionalism, vision and a strong focus on growth.
