Even though I didn’t have specific experience in the plastics sector, I was selected precisely because Franplast values people and their potential, in addition to their backgrounds.
In recent years, this focus on the value of individuals has grown even more, becoming a fundamental aspect of the corporate culture. At Franplast, I have the opportunity to have a 360-degree view of projects and products. Being a medium-small sized company, the requests are versatile and often cross-functional. For example, I discovered myself in a “sales” role. After an initial experience at a trade fair, the company recognized this talent of mine and gave me the opportunity to continue representing it at fairs in the DACH area.
This mix of roles and skills is what makes my work at Franplast stimulating and fulfilling, allowing me to continually grow and explore new professional dimensions.
