In my previous job, I felt I wasn’t fully valued, so I decided to make a change.
After a year of probation, I became a permanent part of the team. Being placed in a positive, open, and collaborative environment, where everyone was immediately supportive, helped me a lot. I believe that for someone changing jobs and facing new challenges, this kind of welcome is rare but essential.
Working in the Research & Development department keeps me from ever getting bored. The variety of tasks and the continuous search for innovative solutions make the work interesting. Additionally, having an extraordinary team makes everything even more rewarding and stimulating.
